Meet Jim

Jim has over 25 years experience in financial and business operations and is passionate about organization and order, including space, systems and planning. Before launching details, Jim led the financial divisions of several small and mid-sized companies, including serving as Vice President of Finance for a mulit-unit manufacturing and processing company in Maine. He is particularly skilled in identifying the unique challenges faced by small businesses and using space and order to craft targeted solutions for clients' individual organizational challenges. He earned his CPA in Virginia.

Meet Susan

Susan has 20 years experience in communications, sales and marketing, including conducting in-depth market research studies, proposal writing, public relations and training. She holds an M.S. in Education and provides clients a unique perspective on the fine art of educating adults. Susan's ability to communicate is her greatest asset, and she thrives on partnering with clients, their staff and customers to ensure the overall satisfaction of everyone involved in a project.
