Intro
One Day - Take a day and spend it with details. We'll work with you exploring whatever financial, systems or general organizational needs you have. At the end of the day, we'll debrief--discuss what was accomplished, what more needs to be done, and follow-up. Finally, we'll set aside an hour for you over the next week to continue to steer you in the direction you want to go.
Organize
Three Days - Let's pick a problem to solve! Three days of uninterrupted attention to your business' most pressing organizational problems. Tackle a specific issue identified during A Day With details or begin an entirely new project. Does your budget need reworking? Have you lost control of your accounting system? Is there idle inventory that could be put to good use? We'll work with you to complete the job. In addition, we'll provide an additional two hours over the following week to help you get acquainted with any new systems we've put in place for you.
Focus
Two Weeks - Spend two weeks working with details to accomplish myriad organizational challenges. Is it time to upgrade your accounting system and create a budget? We're experts at that. Is your office bursting at the seams? We'll redesign your work space to work for you. Need an employee manual? Let us research and write it for you. If you can think of it, we can do it, and when we're finished, we'll provide a one-day on-site follow-up (you decide when and how), to keep you moving toward your goals.
Maintain
Ongoing - Keep your systems operating smoothly. Once you have things in order, details will continue to work with you on a regular basis to keep them that way. Weekly, monthly, or quarterly, you determine what you need to maintain the order details created for you and your company.
